We are expanding and are looking for a full-time Pet Handler in our Vancouver office and Toronto office locations.

Your responsibilities

This is an entry-level position that involves (but not limited to): extensive cleaning of the facility, feeding and administering medications, handling the pets, performing basic health checks, basic grooming, supervising pets, occasional driving may be required and of course top-notch customer service.

We are looking for individuals who are dedicated in pursuing a career working with pets.

  • Experience in handling pets
  • Hardworking, dedicated, reliable, punctual, independent, and self-motivated
  • You are detail-oriented and able to take and follow direction
  • You are a team player, problem solver, kind, patient, calm and confident
  • You are comfortable handling all breeds and temperaments of dogs and cats and other animals (birds, reptiles)
  • Able to stay calm under pressure with a positive attitude
  • Previous professional animal-related experience is required
  • Have a clean driver’s license abstract with minimum 3 years driving experience in Canada
  • Can lift min. 40 kgs

This is a fast-paced environment that revolves around the safety of family pets.

Wage starts at $20.00 an hour.

We are expanding and are looking for a part-time (20-30 hours per week) Pet Handler in our Vancouver office and Toronto office locations.

Worldwide Animal Travel is a full-service pet relocation company based in Vancouver, BC, and Toronto, ON. We are here to provide pets with the true VIP travel experience!

We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant in our Vancouver office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone and via email
  • Prepare, edit and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents;
  • Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information;
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of the employer;
  • Answer telephone and electronic inquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
  • Greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas;
  • Develop and maintain electronic and hard copy filing system for various departments
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • 1+ years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and succeed under strict deadlines
  • Team player that can work as part of a team and independently to reach team goals

Additional Details:

  • Monday-Friday 07h00-15h00
  • $20/hr
